In order to better serve you we need to have a thorough understanding of your needs. We require that caregivers and family members who assist you are present at the initial meeting.

PLANNING NEEDS
How to incorporate changes over time for seniors and baby boomers that have made a choice to stay in their homes and age-in-place.

PROGRESSIVE NEEDS
Specific changes based on a progressive condition that will impact activities of daily living including mobility.

IMMEDIATE NEEDS
Changes required based on impending release from a hospital stay or rehabilitation facility focusing on home entry and bath room access.

You will receive a home safety and access assessment package tailored specifically to your unique needs. Our priority is to show you how to maintain your independence in your home.

Your assessment can range from a simple list of safety recommendations to a comprehensive list covering complete exterior and interior room by room modifications.

We will provide a rough cost estimate to implement the recommended changes.

We work closely with a team of professionals to assist you with services that require specialized care. (Geriatric Care Manager, Occupational Therapist)
