Our standard features include:
- Real “select deck” decking boards. This is a #1 grade (2” by 6”) decking board with few knots and rounded edges.
- 48” cased stairs to allow for two people to walk side by side.
- Decking that is screwed down to prevent nail pops.
- Upgrade to “C Select”, a decking that basically has no knots for a finer finished appearance.
- Upgrade to a selection of Composite decking and railing systems allowing for minimal maintenance. No staining and sealing required.
